Nicheton predominantly caters to the Information Technology (IT) industry. 90% of our service contributions are aligned to IT and 10% to Non-IT industries.
1. Costing: Costs provided are inclusive of Vendor Margin (excluding GST)
2. Invoice Raising Date: on last working day of the month
3. Payment Terms: 30 days from date of Invoice (MSME Registered Company)
4. CV Validity: 6 Months from the date of submission of the resume
5. Agreement Validity: Must be minimum 1 year
6. Payroll: Nicheton will manage all payroll and tax compliance related to the contractor
7. Insurance and Other Benefits: Nicheton will provide insurance to the contractor
8. Background Verification: Nicheton will conduct BGV and provide to client as required.
1. Professional Fees:
a. Fees across levels (except leadership) is 8.33% on Annual CTC offered +GST.
b. Leadership hiring is 12.50% on Annual CTC offered + GST
2. Invoice Raising Date: 1 (one) day after the candidate joins
3. Replacement Guarantee: 1 free replacement will be provided if the resource exits within 90 days from the date of joining the Client

Nicheton has outlined a comprehensive replacement guarantee policy as follows:
For permanent placements, Nicheton offers a generous benefit - a complimentary replacement if the resource chooses to leave the company voluntarily within 90 days of joining.
In cases where the departure is involuntary, meaning the resource is terminated by the company, Nicheton adopts a careful and considerate approach. Each situation is assessed individually, and a decision regarding replacement is made based on the unique circumstances surrounding the exit.
It's essential to note that Nicheton operates on a fundamental principle: the responsibility of selecting a suitable candidate that aligns with the organization's requirements lies with the customer. After the resource joins the company, if any performance-related issues arise due to reasons such as a lack of attention to detail, competency issues, ethical concerns, unprofessional behavior, problems with leadership or management, legal complications, and more, these issues fall outside of Nicheton's control. Consequently, the guarantee of replacement cannot be assured in such instances.

Nicheton will allocate a Recruitment Manager level as SPOC (single point of contact) to work closely with the Customers team for managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
Besides managing the daily routine actions from sourcing to interviewing, Nicheton core team will conduct a monthly meeting with Customer leads to monitor progress, closure status and improvements required on both Nicheton and Customer front.
