Visitors, for example must supply Name, address, telephone number, email address, designation, and company name and related information to get in touch with you, for the services we offer.
b. Candidates (‘Candidate’): If you are a Candidate, we may collect your resume and any personally-identifiable information contained therein. Candidates, for example, must supply personal information such as name, industry, location, experience, address, telephone number, email address, and resume containing necessary employment and professional details.
Other information that we may collect
c. Log Data: Like most website operators, Nicheton collects computer-generated information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the user's Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request (collectively, 'Log Data'). i. b. Resumes: Nicheton will use Candidate resumes received through the Website with the consent of the Candidate for processing them for job opportunities. We might send you emails or SMS about your job posting, potential opportunities, resume services, career coaching or training and development services.
c. Service Providers: We may employ third party companies to process payment, provide customer support, perform Website-related services (e.g., without limitation, maintenance services, database management, web analytics and improvement of the Website's features) or to assist us in analyzing how our Website is used. These third parties may have access to your personal information only to the extent required in order to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
